Do You Know What’s Next for Philly? Fast Forward Philly to Showcase Rapid Fire Presentations

Fast Forward Philly

Some of the city’s greatest creative minds are getting together to address one question — “what’s next for Philly?” And they want you to provide the answers.

Fast Forward Philly is accepting proposals for rapid fire presentations on visions of the city. A lineup of presenters from various creative disciplines will fast forward through 20 slides at 20 seconds each to share their take with an audience. The event follows a similar format to the popular Ignite Philly series, which will be hosting its 10th installment on September 13th at Johnny Brenda’s.

Sponsored by The Designated Sketcher and hosted by AIA Philadelphia Associates Committee & Young Architects Forum, the event is one of more than 120 public events taking place in the 8th annual DesignPhiladelphia, a citywide festival that features five days of non-stop programming championing design.

The first deadline is a simple one: submit your name, title, organization, and industry, along with your take on “what’s next for Philly?” in 200 words or less, along with just five Power Point slides by Friday, August 24th. More information on how to enter can be found here.
