    09/09/11 When Philadelphian Gil Ortale lost his brother Peter in 9/11, he and his family experienced what he describes as "raw anguish." Wanting to channel that despair into something positive, they set up a scholarship for William Penn Charter school, which has attracted almost a million dollars.
