Kicking off today, restaurant entrepreneur and West Philly native Keven Parker and Ms. Tootsie's Restaurant Bar Lounge will launch their year-long Spread the Love Campaign—an effort consisting of monthly random acts of kindness throughout Philadelphia. 

On the fourth Monday of every month, Parker and members of Ms. Tootsie’s team will hop aboard the "Spread the Love" bus and seek out individuals who could use a helping hand. The team will make stops at various locations--whether they cover the grocery bill for a senior citizen or assist a family who is a few months behind in paying their electric bill. 

Via www.mstootsiesrbl.com and comment cards provided at Ms. Tootsie’s, the community will be encouraged to send in stories of individuals who need some form of assistance. Parker and his staff will choose one person’s story each month and fulfill their need accordingly, no matter the size.
