Our Purpose

Please Touch Museum, the Children's Museum of Philadelphia, enriches the lives of children by providing learning opportunities through play. Hands-on exhibits and interactive programs provide children and families with developmentally appropriate learning opportunities in the arts.

Key Programs

Museum Access Program
Enable 50,000 low-income children, teachers and families and first-time museum visitors to experience the museum free of charge each year.

Portable Play
An award-winning direct service program that provides interactive play sessions, parenting workshops and museum visits for disadvantaged children and families in Philadelphia.

Performing Arts
Programs introduce children to a full range of performing arts disciplines, music, dance, drama, through interactive performances.
